Like one day: Max Korzh's track "Moth" turns 10
"Why are you so quiet, brother? The resentment is drowned in your chest, you can't eat or drink, … you don't want to live" - these are the opening lines of one of the rapper's most listened-to tracks about the eternal. It's about betrayal in relationships. It has become a kind of anthem of unrequited love. In 2013, the track was included on the album "Live in High." Along with 16 other excellent compositions, the album itself entered the top 5 Russian-language albums according to Rap.ru.
The success of the composition was reinforced by a video released a year later. Already the most listened to lyrical ballad by Max Korzh, it even climbed to the top of the charts for downloads and video views. Awards and prizes rained down on the rapper from everywhere. It must be said that at the time of writing "Moth," the Belarusian rapper was already a celebrity and already had one commercially successful album, "Animal World," under his belt. His second album, led by "Moth" and another super hit, "Endorphin," surpassed it in popularity. Even today, ten years later, it remains Korzh's "golden" album, unless he delights fans with even more amazing tracks after his sabbatical.
His social media channels periodically drop new tracks, but there have been no major premieres since the summer of 2022. We wish Max creative inspiration and look forward to new, honest hits!
